During Sandy's residency, she worked on a non-fiction, personal development book on intentional communication. The working title is "Sync Before you Speak" with the goal of helping readers become more mindful and strategic about the effect they wish to create with their communications. Our natural response rarely takes into account what we need to have happen, but instead is comprised of a largely unplanned and unfiltered outpouring. It will be the 7th of her professional development books and the first as a solo effort.
